反溶劑法自萘渣中回收制備精萘
萘是煤焦油中重要和含量高的組分。萘的分離精制在焦油加工中占有較大的份額。而硫茚是一種相當(dāng)穩(wěn)定的有機硫化合物,即使在萘沸騰的溫度下,使用熔融堿為脫硫劑也不能從萘中清除。因此,萘-硫茚的分離難度較大。焦化廠和煤氣廠的終冷塔聚集的萘渣,主要成分為萘和硫茚。常規(guī)精餾法分離萘和硫茚的缺點在于采用較多的塔板數(shù)也不易獲得較高純度的萘。而溶劑精餾法工藝,雖然塔板數(shù)較少,且萘的純度可以明顯提高,但操作仍在高溫下進行,工藝流程長,能耗大。本課題采用CO2氣體反溶劑法從萘渣中制備精萘。其主要優(yōu)點在于:工藝簡單、操作溫度低(常溫)。選擇合適的溶劑很容易使萘的純度達到98%以上。二次結(jié)晶后可實現(xiàn)進一步純化,獲得純度99%的高純萘。CO2氣體和有機溶劑均可以回收利用。節(jié)能效果顯著。
Naphthalene is an important and high content component in coal tar. The separation and refining of naphthalene holds a significant share in tar processing. And sulfur indene is a relatively stable organic sulfur compound, even at the boiling temperature of naphthalene, it cannot be removed from naphthalene using molten alkali as a desulfurizer. Therefore, the separation of naphthalene thioindene is difficult. The naphthalene residue accumulated in the final cooling towers of coking plants and gas plants is mainly composed of naphthalene and thionines. The disadvantage of conventional distillation method for separating naphthalene and thionines is that it is difficult to obtain high-purity naphthalene by using a large number of trays. The solvent distillation process, although having fewer trays and significantly improving the purity of naphthalene, still operates at high temperatures, resulting in a long process flow and high energy consumption. This project uses CO2 gas anti solvent method to prepare refined naphthalene from naphthalene residue. Its main advantages are: simple process, low operating temperature (room temperature). Choosing a suitable solvent can easily achieve a purity of over 98% for naphthalene. After secondary crystallization, further purification can be achieved to obtain high-purity naphthalene with a purity of 99%. CO2 gas and organic solvents can be recycled and reused. The energy-saving effect is significant.

Naphthalene is the main raw material for manufacturing certain hydrogenated naphthalene, dyes, synthetic resins, pharmaceuticals, and solvents in industry. It is also widely used as a disinfectant, insecticide, and preservative.
采用本工藝生產(chǎn)高純萘需要一臺不銹鋼沉淀槽。
The production of high-purity naphthalene using this process requires a stainless steel precipitation tank.
